I’m embracing a new schedual for sleeping. Its called an Everyman 2. I sleep for 4 to 5 hours at night and then take 2 20 min naps. This will cut my sleeping (wasted) time out and i can learn and read and stuff. So ill keep u updated daily on this new thing! Right now to transition im going to take very frequent 20 min naps when i can with min. 2 hour space in between. Till friday when i start the experament. Wish me luck and happy sleeping to all ya’ll!
